Your Family's Table: A Gathering Place

For six years, Your Family's Table (YFT) has partnered with Atlanta Habitat to offer a sacred space for loved ones to gather – a dining table.

The idea for Your Family's Table is all about strengthening the family unit by providing a tangible physical asset — a family dining table — where parents, partners and children can gather.

President and CEO Tom Schulte is a long-time Atlanta Habitat warehouse volunteer who seized the opportunity to expand his craftsmanship and extend his impact on the homeowners he cherishes.

“Every table is a place where families can communicate more frequently, and I hope these heartfelt conversations can lead to a more stable, sustainable, and supportive home environment,” said Tom.

The company delivered the first of many dining tables to homeowners in the Langston Park community recently, and Your Family's Table was recently featured on CBS News Atlanta.
