What is Restore Online?
Atlanta Habitat ReStore now offers online shopping, where you'll find a variety of NEW products not available for purchase in our ReStores. Our staff focuses heavily on providing accurate descriptions and photographs of the items listed to give our customers a confident shopping experience from home.
How do I pay?
Orders must be paid for online with credit cards (or debit cards with credit logo). We do not accept cash or checks.
Reminder: Your purchase is not confirmed until payment is processed, and you receive an emailed receipt.
Can online items be reserved or held?
No. We do not reserve or hold items for customers. Items may be temporarily held in the online shopping cart while browsing for up to 15 minutes, at which time the cart will be emptied.
Can I use my reward points, coupons or discounts for online purchases?
No. The price listed is the price you pay. All ReStore Online items are excluded from in-store deals, coupons or promotions unless other wise noted.
Do you offer shipping or delivery?
No. We do not currently offer shipping or delivery for online purchases.
Can I purchase items available at the ReStore retail locations online?
No. Our online inventory is separate from our Atlanta and South Fulton ReStores.
What is the pickup process for online purchases?
You must pick-up your purchase within three (3) business days. Your purchase receipt & a valid photo ID that matches the name on your order is required to release merchandise for pickup. If someone else or a third-party is picking up your order, you must contact our ReStore Online team in advance at shop.restore@atlantahabitat.org.
Can I buy an online item in the ReStore?
No. You must purchase online items through our online store.

What happens if I don't pick up my purchase?
If your online purchase is not picked up within three (3) business days, the items will be returned to stock. A store credit (subject to a 10% restocking fee) will be issued at the Atlanta ReStore if the customer is able to provide their emailed receipt of the purchase and less than 30 days have passed since the purchase date. The store credit will be valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance and redeemable at our Atlanta and South Fulton ReStores.
