Individual Volunteering
Atlanta Habitat has over 6,000 volunteers annually working alongside homeowners to build and paint homes and support ReStore and office operations.
Attend Orientation
Volunteers must attend our virtual Individual Volunteer Orientation before serving. Orientation provides an overview of Atlanta Habitat’s programs, information on how to get started, and a chance to ask questions. After attending, you will be able to register for all available volunteer opportunities. Orientation is offered twice a month on weekdays.
Court-Ordered Community Service Volunteers
If you are completing court-ordered community service, you must submit your application before registering for orientation. Once your application is approved and you have attended orientation, you will have access to a variety of eligible volunteer opportunities. We do not accept all offenses.

We may be able to use your help right away on one of our upcoming construction projects. Please note that this does not represent our full schedule of volunteer events. You’ll be able to view the full schedule after attending orientation, but we could use your support on these projects in the meantime!
