Atlanta Habitat for Humanity's greatest need is land! Developed or undeveloped. Intown or in the 'burbs. Within the state line or beyond.  Any type of real estate can be donated to Atlanta Habitat.  If land is beyond our service area, then we can generate revenue from its sale and use the proceeds for purchasing land within our service area or towards homeowner education or operations. 

For many individuals and corporations, a land donation is an attractive means to dispose of real estate assets, while realizing tax benefits. Most of all, every plot of land donated - no matter how it is ultimately used - helps working families realize the dream of homeownership.
