The Clark Howard Society honors Atlanta Habitat’s most generous supporters by recognizing donors who make annual, unrestricted donations of $10,000 or more.  Those who join enjoy all of the Foundation 1000 benefits.

Clark Howard, an amazing and tireless supporter of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity for so many years, generates enthusiasm among volunteers and draws great attention to Atlanta Habitat’s work. “We created this new giving program as a way to recognize and thank our most generous donors. Because Clark is such a committed donor, hard-working volunteer and passionate advocate for Atlanta Habitat and affordable homeownership, we thought it appropriate to name the society in his honor.  He embodies the ideal supporter of our mission,” states Larrie Del Martin, Atlanta Habitat Executive Director.

She continues, “Funds donated by Clark Howard Society members will help Atlanta Habitat continue to grow and serve more families in Atlanta.  We plan to increase our house production goal by 20% and reach our 1,000th house milestone by the end of 2008.  It is all very exciting!”
