The 2009 Whirlpool® Building Blocks blitz build is taking place now in The Avery neighborhood, the new housing development in Clayton County that showcases the unique collaboration between Atlanta Habitat and Southern Crescent Habitat.

Volunteers, along with members of the eight partner families, are led by professional Atlanta Habitat houseleaders in installing roof trusses, shingling roofs, installing windows and doors, insulating walls, painting interior and exterior, placing cabinets and countertops, landscaping, and more during the fast-paced build.
