This maintenance class is designed for homebuyers at the end of their educational sequence, or as a maintenance refresher. Class limited to 7 participants.

In Pursuit of Ethics for Teenagers - Elective class - In Pursuit of Ethics (IPoE) is character and leadership development program that uses interactive video training modules that showcase real-life situations in an entertaining way to create in-depth discussions of ethical issues. The program introduces students to ethics-focused conversations with their peers and helps them think about ethical dilemmas and how they may approach them for the greater good. IPoE is not just another boring speech. Its unique approach is similar to a mini-movie in which participants determine the ending. This program consists of eight modules which explore ethical situations encountered in today’s world. Atlanta Habitat’s legal department gives a detailed overview of how your mortgage is structured and outlines the legal parameters of homeownership.
