2012 Atlanta Interfaith Build

Atlanta Habitat is excited to be planning the 2012 Atlanta Interfaith Build. Every other year Atlanta Habitat coordinates with Jan Swanson of the Faith Alliance of Metro Atlanta (FAMA) to create a build that includes as many faiths as possible. In 2010, 21 congregations representing five different religions (Islam, Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism) built a new home and new relationships. We hope to have even more faith traditions represented in 2012!

How you can participate:
1. Advocate – get your congregation excited about this opportunity
2. Sponsor – We need to raise $55,000 to cover the “hard costs” of the build. Sponsors automatically get reserved volunteer spots
3. Volunteer – help build the house
